Thanks @TheKevlarKid, appreciate the feedback. I’m sorry, everyone seems to have got very much side tracked by the price point of this kit. That was not my intention.

I would really appreciate some more details about the kit itself and the performance in practice, as I have not been able to find any detailed information about it from scouring the internet. What exactly does the kit do? Does it simply allow remote adjustment of the dampers, or is it a semi-active set-up that stiffens/softens the dampers itself depending on car sensor inputs?

Does it allow you to store your own preferred settings as pre-sets, with the ability to amend those presets if you want?

How big is the control unit? Is it fixed in the car or removable?

Apologies for the questions but as I say there is very little information out there and I am potentially really interested in the product. Just obviously do not want to commit to what is an expensive purchase in anyone’s book without a better understanding of the product so that I can judge for myself if it is worth it for me.

Thanks!

I don’t have the kit but from what I understand it’s not active.  It simply allows you to alter the damper settings using the touch screen installed inside the car.  It has 3 presets and each preset can be adjusted to your liking.  I believe the kit gives you full adjustment of the compression and rebound settings and is symmetrical across an axle, i.e. you set up the compression and rebound for the front wheels separately to the compression and rebound damping for the rear wheels.   You can’t do some weird setup whereby the left is different to the right.  The controller box is a roughly 6inch screen (diagonal) and maybe 4cm thick and can be installed where ever you want.  For the Evora the common place is in the glove box.  The are some servos or actuators on each damper and a bunch of wires connecting it all together.

Does it allow you to store your own preferred settings as pre-sets, with the ability to amend those presets if you want? Allows three stored settings to be used at the press of one icon on a touch screen, as well as  one click adjustments, which can be changed/stored in one of the three presets by the driver if necessary

How big is the control unit? Is it fixed in the car or removable? ECU is about 200mmx90mmx 35mm, the screen is about180mm x 90mm x 20mm

I have this set up in my Elise and the 'on the fly' adjustment is truly eye opening.
