Is there likely to be a Lotus Festival this year?

I was thinking the same thing. The Brands calendar looks quite busy, so I'm hoping it will be combined with a Lotus 70th anniversary event at Hethel possibly (?). Fingers crossed ;-) .

I had heard some talk of there not being one this year which would be a crying shame. Something to do with troubles surrounding the Lotus Cup race series. This on the 70th Anniversary year.

The factory hasn’t supported it for some years now. Fingers crossed they see the opportunity and find a way to keep it going.

. surely they will be putting something on at the factory...then... surely?     jesus if they cant even do that... thats really really poor..

as much as i love the brand..  thats would be criminal not to do anything..  a really stupid business decision... 

the benefit of having a huge gathering, publicity, would only increase brand awareness, and help sell cars...
