The real joke here is, that naive agencies such as The Mileage Consultancy can't see that these cars were charged to the brim, and fuel receipts for the wives Chelsea tractors charged back to the company accounts.. will these daft people and the BBC ever be able to see the big picture.

I would have thought it a simple thing for data downloads from the car to be sent to the government agency. If the car can not show being charged as it should based on the rebate, the company is fined by the government for the full rebate plus extra.

Wouldn't that fix it?
