  1. Happy Birthday for tomorrow matey Meantime, Mr Kimberley, thought you might like to meet the lovely Kimberly... See you later dude.
  2. Excellent news... that should make for a few very smiley faces today :yes
  3. Happy Birthday Mark Hope you have a great day!
  4. Must be something in the air... have a look at this little beauty
  5. The P's post party (see what I did there?) transport back to the Hotel? Just not sure where Louise is gonna sit...
  6. With the engine running (fast idle) and all lights etc switched off stick a multimeter on the battery terminals. If the alternator's working you should see a charging voltage of around 13.5 - 14.5 volts.
  7. Only problem I can see is the almost irresistible temptation to go next door and play with some of Litcho's 'toys'... I just know I'd end up buying something!
  8. All the reports coming back from those who've already had the new Lotus system fitted have been exceptionally positive. Much as I have huge respect for what AST produce my personal opinion is that the Lotus designed/engineered setup is the way forward for our Esprits. In fact, we've got a slightly weepy shock and have already decided to go the Lotus hardware route (but I will be using AST coilovers on my next Scoob). Whichever route you ultimately decide to go I don't think you'll go far wrong handing the install and setup over to Curtis at Powerstation
  9. Dave, I have it on good authority that a trader bought it (from the private seller) and is now selling it on. Hopefully, having first rectified one or two of the problems. James
  10. Good work that man Things do seem to be going rather more smoothly now don't they? And as for the brewery comment, just can't imagine who'd say a thing like that ;) Any more takers for steak & kidney pud at The Pykkerll then? If so, just add yourself to the list. Simonf (food required) Kimbers (esprit required) (and just a guess but food also ) Owen (food required) Tentenths (food required) Nifty (food required) Andydclements (food required) SteveL (food required)

  12. Like the 'two' Autotrader advertised red GT3's the Pistonheads car also bears R105 FJN. What I'm not sure about is whether this is the car Shelsleyf2 found to be somewhat lacking. <later> Edit - my understanding is now that is indeed the car referred to above.
  13. As others have already said, do bring your cameras with you. Even though we won't be able to use them at the factory there'll be plenty of photo opps at the Hotel.
  14. Not 100% sure but I'm fairly confident this is the same car that's been briefly discussed over on PH. See Shelsleyf2's second post - clicky
  15. Similar pieces in this week's issues of Autocar and Auto Express.
  16. Andy, if it's any consolation you weren't the only one
  17. Steve's the other member of the infamous Manningtree based 'Esprit Timeshare Syndicate'
  18. Agree that it's disappointing but can't say I'm entirely surprised... it was the same for last year's Factory Day. Edit - Ian, are you 'cheating' by typing with more than one finger again??
  19. Updated list:- Simonf (food required) Kimbers Owen Tentenths (food required) Nifty Andydclements If anybody else is interested please add to the list.
  20. Don't think so... Wensum Valley Hotel's no. is 01603 261012
  21. Dave, expect you're already know but there are three GT3's on the 'trader at the mo
  22. Any help? Guide to a 'permanent' install here.
