Thanks chaps Glad to report that I'm feeling a whole lot better today. If nothing else the last week will certainly go down as the Xmas during which we ate, drank and went out the least For goodness sake, we've even got unopened boxes of chocolates still... a notable first in the land of James the human dustbin!

Just make sure you keep it very well lubricated with detailer (or water if you must), else you'll end up doing more harm than good (been there, done that ) -

Good point Calvin... credit card chargeback was my next step but, fortunately, the Paypal dispute resolution procedure came through for me first. Although, as you say, it is a somewhat protracted process.

I've always understood it to be Thursday too... Edit - Having re-read Andy's post I think he's referring to the fact that he's got to drive at 6am the next day i.e. Friday, so he can't afford to have a 'heavy' night on Thursday. Or at least that's what I hope he means

Having chalked up some 250 items on Ebay during the last 6 years I've just had my first ever dispute (non-delivery). Followed the Ebay/Paypal dispute resolution process to the letter, eventually escalating it to a formal claim. Must admit I was favourably impressed with the way in which the matter was handled, particularly as Paypal's intervention resulted in the matter being successfully resolved.

In which case shouldn't you give him time to reply?

Have you already contacted the seller and explained that you do not agree with his feedback and that you'd like him to change it? If so, what was his response? If he hasn't yet replied are you sure that bad mouthing him on LEF is going to help your case?
