A long awaited delivery finally turned up...

@Kevin Wheeler That's the plan, it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow, although I've heard nothing confirming this and I should be collecting it on the 14th once it has been PPF'd. I'm not allowing myself to get excited until the morning of collection. Despite having paid for the car and insurance, it doesn't seem real yet

Mine is being delivered to my PPF guy on Thursday, I will be happy to provide my thoughts once I collect it on the 14th. It's first real outing will be to Thruxton on the 15th...I'm not planning on printing any for sale signs to place in the window whilst it's at Thruxton

@TomE Yes, storage fees were mentioned if I was unable to accept one of the offered dates. Thankfully, my PPF guy is keen to get on with it and he rearranged other work to accommodate in early Janaury.

@Graham RidgwayI did consider that approach, but it would only lead to further pain having read the small print...settle all payments at least three business days prior to the day of delivery to avoid unnecessary cancellations and rebooking fees. Business hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 excluding Public Holidays.

Having agreed my delivery date I got my invoice today...apparently, it's due 7 days after they have agreed to deliver my car. Customer Services are now attempting to fix the admin error after reconfirming the delivery date over the phone. It would be nice if just once they managed to get something right, even by accident, they could still claim a win.
