  1. Interesting review, makes a good point: if it was your money then this or Evora GT410 or even a GT430?
  2. PJS Sports Cars are a good company to deal with and very helpful, they inspected by Elise s1 before purchase, which helped in negotiating the purchase price.
  3. I haven't had my Elise s1 that long (Oct 2023), however, I am very much liking the Evora, maybe when I can no longer get in the s1?
  4. Nice car(s) terrible music (in my opinion).
  5. Anyone know where I could purchase the bag to store the hardtop?
  6. Lotus Exige s1 (Orange) driving on Oldham dual carriageway away from Oldham town centre. Looked very nice

    911. Or Not.

Not for me, all I see is a ruined 911. I have about as much interest in EV's as I have while choosing a new fridge or freezer.
  8. I have purchased an Elise s1 OEM hardtop, however, it is the wrong colour for my car. Therefore, could anyone please advise where to find the paint code for an Elise s1? Thank you.
  9. Could anyone recommend a company to transport a hardtop from Croydon to Birmingham (where it would be painted). I am probably looking for transportation of the single item and not just a parcel dumped with many others. Any assistance much appreciated.
  10. As title, I am look for an Elise S1 hardtop, ideally silver to avoid having to paint. Thank you.
  11. Just been for the first drive on the road of 2024 in the above Elise S1, the old chap in the Alfa 4c didn't wave , but the driver of the Alfa GTV 1750 did . Drove about 22 miles so the car has now done 27000 (just a little over). I want to drive it lots of miles this year. Looking forward to attending Lotus events/meet ups in and around the North West.
  12. Thank you, most helpful as usual. I have purchased the shower cap based on your advise, it should arrive tomorrow.
  13. Thank you, it was very low milage <27,000. I have about 15 miles to go to reach 27,000. I haven't owned it that long, I only purchased it at the later end of last year, I have only driven four short drives before the car was SORN until spring. Although, if there are any decent weekends forecast I may road tax it. I am looking forward to attending Lotus events this year, ideally in the North West, but also Midlands, Cumbria, Yorkshire, Cheshire, etc. if not too many hours drive.
  14. Whilst I can admire the engineering skill in the engine build/modifications, I am not too keen on the looks!
