Elise/Exige Soft Top?

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to get hold of a soft-top for ages and with seemingly little/no supply coming through from companies such as EliseParts I was wondering if it's actually Lotus themselves that produce the soft-tops or are they 'subbed-out' to A.N.Other company.  Guessing that if it is indeed Lotus that make them, they wont be making any more given the demise of the Exige etc. Does anyone know differently?

Hey Mark - They're made by a factory in India which has been hugely disrupted by Covid. I believe fresh stock is due in early next year.

That really is great news and I guess it makes perfect sense as they haven't been available for ages.  I'll keep my eyes and ears open - thanks for taking the time to respond.

I've ordered my soft top from the Komo-tec in November. They were the only shop with the stock. Got it in 3 days. Wanted to order it from the dealer, but they were not on stock.

It's just a question what are the import fees/tax/customs from the EU to UK.
