Hello again everyone

Yesterday I was trynig to tidy up the old head linning to make way to make way for someone to come and fit a new one ,I came across the small projector lamp mounted next to the interior light I ordered some new bulbs from Ebay because there is some old postings on here telling you what sort of bulbs they are .My problem is I can't split it to gain access to the bulb and do the head lights have to be on before it will work

It lights when the sidelights are switched on. It's a lensed bulb, and the housing should just pull apart (from memory). It's a 3v bulb fed via a resistor in the passenger footwell. I replaced mine with an led and changed the resistor to suit, much better in my opinion.

Please can i ask what type of LED you used and was it a bulb or just a soldered LED ?

any pics ?
