Lotus Eletre - Connecting app to car?

Hello !
Could somebody share the experience how to connect "Lotus cars" application (IOS) to the Car for the first time ? After scanning QR nothing happens... ((

My app seems to be stuck in demo mode. I’ve emailed lotus support to see if they can connect my iPhone to the car.  I scanned the qr code in the dealership

Have you registered with the same email address that your placed your Lotus order via?

Yes it’s the same email address.  I just scanned the qr again and the car is logged into my account with the same email but the app is still showing demo mode

Phone customer services (see if you can speak to Georgio), as they did that for me over the phone, a few days before my car was handed over.

I think it took a while in my case till the car changed from demo to the actual car. The car was still in the showroom when I've started having access to it, like a good week before the actual pickup date.

So my app is magically connected to the car this morning.  Suspect lotus got my email and sorted whatever needed doing!
