That is really annoying as on numerous occasions I have tried for a quote from AON but they either don't answer the phone, ignore messages, or pass you to the "Carlsberg Complaint Dept".

That's odd, I've never had a problem, try the number I quoted as I always seem to get through on that one. They really are good (with good cover) especially if you have more than 1 car to put on the policy.
