Thought I'd share a few pics of Goodwood Revival. Drove down yesterday in convoy with a few mates in an Austin Healey and Porsche 911 Carrera. Was a great day and amazing cars.

Great pictures, Mark. Nothing like that over here. I suppose the Monterey Historics comes closest but it's spread about and as much about selling cars as racing and displaying them. It certainly doesn't have the period dress touch.

That's a Noble M600. Looked rather odd from the front.

Yep, Sterlings famous cars were all present including the Mercedes 300 SLR and he did a few parade laps in a Lotus 18.

How do you find getting in and out of that event, ie queing and parking? - even the radio yesterday morning were saying avoid if you are not actually going there.

I should also get my first look at the Noble next Saturday any luck.

Hi Ian,

cross country route there are always queues, so we went A3 - A27 and drove straight in. Parking was in a field which wasn't ideal!

It was 25 degrees on Friday! Not bad for September. Another thought, if you came over in July you could go to the Festival of Speed and Silverstone Classic, to great events.

Had a great day on Friday too. My 5th Revival and have decided to book 2 days next year. 1 just isn't enough. Parked in the pre-66 car park with the Landy and my old man's Lagonda and spent 2 hours just looking at the cars there before we even got round to going into the circuit!
