When I was at Mersea on Saturday it was just overcast with heavy showers!

On a related topic, is Essex/Suffolk the epicentre of all Evoras!?  I saw a blue 400 on Saturday (@Chew's I'm guessing - apologies, that was me waving at you like a lunatic on the way to Mersea island.  I had forgotten I was in the Subaru rather than a Lotus!)  And I saw a white S1 Evora at Eight Ash Green (no idea who this was - I was in the grey 400 again waving like a lunatic).

Currently without a Lotus, Evora 400 Hethel Edition in Racing Green with Red leather and 2010 Evora N/A in Laser Blue and 1983 Lotus Excel LC Narrow body in Ice Blue all sadly gone.

Yep, I think that was me and the boys heading back from a mundane but obviously not so mundane shopping trip.  The strood (1/3 mile causeway to island, for non Essex members) unfortunately too busy to allow play. @Gm77, glad you're narrowing down on pretty much precisely my 'colchester' location... If you close the valve, do people stop noticing?!  My boys are on high alert for a green Exige.

Trimmed the crazy large borders from the side and top of the dealer plates to a dubious but hopefully still legal minimum.

The valve makes little difference from my experience! 

The Elise is having a short break whilst I give the 400 some attention. It will be back brightening up the streets shortly (in the way that only toxic green can)!

Those height ones are stunning. S1 on forged wheels still the best looking Evoras.
