I had a bit of a wobble last week about my soon to collected car being metallic grey. I haven't seen this colour in the flesh yet and I was worried it maybe a little dark without enough contrast with the black pack. Photos like the one you posted above go a long way to reassuring me that I made the right choice. Feel free to post more

@pickle if you go on the introductions section, on page 5 you'll find a thread called "lucky lady". The thread is only 2 pages long but has loads of pictures of ours. I really like the metallic grey. It's a little understated in a good way and the metallic fleck accentuates the contours. I really like many of the other colours but remain very happy with our choice.

It's great in the metal and a bright interior to set it off goes a long way. Not sure how it would look with a black interior, but it's lovely with the red leather like Greg has.

Lovely colour, looked better on silver wheels tho. Maybe Anthracite would have been better than black, whilst still going darker if that was the aim.

Lovely colour. Does anyone have any plans to get rid of those Raleigh Chopper reflectors and fill and paint in the bumper, or, is it an expensive job?

You know, next, our American legislatory fiends, sorry friends, will be insisting we employ a guy with a red flag to walk in front of us as we drive! That'll lead to red cars being banned in case you can't see the man with the red flag in front of them.

Enjoy your lovely red car whilst you can @IanPops. I can think of some manufacturers who wouldn't find it pc to have a colour of "Fire Red" in their catalogue

i thought Fire Red was an earlier Lotus colour, but stand to be corrected. 

I'm no photographer as is all too obvious, but the lighting here shows different shades and is a pretty deep shine in the flesh. Still showing off the reflectors too!

Ils a lovely colour. More orange and less pink than canyon but not so much as Autumn bronze. Just about perfect.
