I will probably go, but wont be parking the Esprit in the NEC cark park, so will take daily drive or train

The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself.

Cracking show this one, well worth a visit. There was a nice S3 Turbo HC on the Club Lotus stand last year.

I'll be there running my MK1 Golf Owners Club stand (plug plug!)

Seriously though, they have all types of cars there - top show!

MK1 Volkswagen Golf Owners Club Well, had to get this one in if anyones interested?!

Yes I will be there on Saturday, all being well. Will not be in the JPS. Hope to see Mat there as we seem to have a mutual admiration for each others cars! Must be we like the old ones!:D

Went on Saturday, met Andy on the golf stand, and met Alan Morgan, dazman, one shot and mrs oneshot and matkutub at various times on the Club Lotus stand.

Mat said he saw an G Esprit on the sporting bears stand in a sort of pinky purple colour and It overtook me as I was leaving the NEC sounded like it had a V8 ...

Did indeed see this car. G Car in Lilac with SE or Excel wheels, twin exit exhaust and sounded modded. Couldn't get close to it so apologies for the quality of the pic but anyone know it?

Incidentally the owner of the Pearlescent White G Turbo on the Club Lotus Stand was asked by Howard why he didn't frequent LEW or this forum, his reply "full of cut and shutters!" I couldn't believe he could be so narrow minded, he def sounded a little full of himself!

Anyway take a look....

cant see your pic Mat

the guy with the white car just did not like modders, obviously like his cars original, so why did he have an engine in gloss black with red lettering?

the Europa was there front and center and evry time I went back to the Club Lotus Stand it always had lots of people looking at it.

Also glad we got free admission to the MPH exibihition next door, lots of shiny supercars, but would not have wanted to pay to see them show too small

saw a two enzos what an ugly car nearly as bad as the zonda, loved the ascari..

Thanks to Howard and Mike for stopping by! Nice to meet you both

Was a good show I thought - I spent a long time drooling over the Pearl White S3 Turbo - Owner was Bob Chapman, he talked a lot but admitted so! Got some useful (I think) tips from him. Was a nice car he owned.

(I didn't like the red lettering though! :) )

Car looks like it has U.S. spec rear alloys. Never seen that in the U.K. before, or maybe I've just not been to enough Esprit gatherings.
