2014 Concorde photoshoot with your car!

Hi, Pleeeeeeease can you squeeze me in for the Esprit with a photo of Concorde?  I have a beautiful 1998 GT3 in Azure Blue.  This would make my year!  Pleeeease do see if you can squeeze it in?  Thank you soooooo much.  Lifelong fan of these two beautiful creations.

A lot of depends on how much space there is... We will have two photographers, so we should get few angles of a car...

Unfortunately we won't have a whole landing strip for ourselves, like they had, on above shot with Citroen.

I must remember to drop by while this is going on and snag a few shots myself (without getting in the way of the pros of course!). Brooklands used to have the nose of Concorde near the route to parking around the back of the hanger so in the past I've got a few shots of cars driving past it with it in the background, plus this one of a Stratos replica parked with it in the background...

With Malcolm Feth at the helm you should be in for some rather excellent shots!

This is going to be a nostalgic day for me.  I was part of the Brooklands Concorde project right from the start, from mucking out Delta Golf in Filton and loading bits of her onto trailers and convoying down the M4, raising a small fortune to fund the restoration, to rebuilding the airframe and interior and, ultimately, planning and painting the livery, with Chris (wookie), also a member here.  It was an enormous task - we spent three exhausting years of our lives on the team creating this exhibit.  Around the time we finished the project I bought my first Esprit, and now we come full circle...

Unfortunately due to my health issue I won't be able to drive down to this event. I hope one of the reserves manages to fill my spot and that it's a great day. I'm gutted to be missing it but would like to thank Bibs for arranging what promises to be a great day.
