Ok....

Spoke to the Porridge pot and provisionally booked for 40 people

for dinner after the show. They can cater for up to 100 so numbers

should not be an issue as long as i don't mess them about, and as

long as you guys let me know in time. We might need to pick off the

menu before the event depending on our numbers.

Note there is a holiday inn alongside if needed (take monday off?). And there

is a possibilty of coffee's for the morning meet, but thats yet to be sorted.

Ok guys/gals,

Have had a few PM's from 'maybe's' but not that many. Am going to speak to

the place tomorrow based on those booked by then and those PM'd as probable.

Remember on the day you could just turn up (its a pub after all) but please be

respectful and don't take a place on the 'Lotus top table' i'm booking if you have

not put your name down, (as it's not fair someone on the list gets stuck in with the

ordinary public because of last minuters taking their seat), only fair.

Will leave as much margin of spare capacity as i can, and will see the guy personally

on the saturday afternoon and will have a roll call at the show. Also let me know if any

of you have special diet requirement like Vegans etc.

The Porridge Pot are being very flexible for us, it's just important i i know numbers

when i go in and see them on Saturday. They need to know for staff and food, i should

be able to leave a few spaces spare to phone from the show, but please don't count on

that as they are being very good to us and i want this to be a regular feature of stoneleigh

for us in the future.
