Lovely! Nice Wing!

Like you said, after standing for 5 years it will need all sorts of oils changed and likely a new Cam Belt. You may also want to check the Chargecooler impeller. It's rubber so tends to perish.

Enjoy!!

If you need anything please don't hesitate to ask a mod

Yes, like Bibs says, many have swapped it for an electric pump.

It depends on how you want to do it.

Thanks for your tip with the Electric Pump!  Who sells it?

Another Question : Does anyone know what  this Part is for - looks like a Central locking Module or some like that...

Thanks

Nice looking SE with one of the nicest Lotus wings.

All we know is that when they stop making this, we will be properly, properly sad.Jeremy Clarkson on the Esprit.

Nice car, I don't even mind the wing.

I think those alarms were standard (or a factory option) mine had one on and it kept draining my battery if I left it more than a week!

Congrats on your new Esprit. Certainl looks lovely.

I got my SE last year, also after many years of thinking about one.

At first I bought a impellor kit to renovate the original one. Upon dissasembleing, I found it okay, and thought, why not go Electric, so I did that, and am very satisfied.

Now, I just fitted a 92' front rubber lip, to protect the front spoiler. Works well, and is easy to put on, with original fixings.. As it's only around 3cm tall, and one is taken on installing, it's nt intrusive, looks factory (1992), and makes the front looks finished and won't scrape anything.

Cheers,

Jacques ;)

Nobody does it better - than Lotus ;)

Lovely looking car. 'Basic Instinct' spec!

Nice to see an original, unmodified SE, not many left now!

I loved the Turbo SE I owned, many happy memories.

Enjoy!
