Might be a silly question... whats the foam thing in the glovebox for?

Cant figure out what its supposed to be for, small black foam insert that fits into the glovebox on my elise and has a couple of slots in it?

if you mean this then it's an iPod holder as part of the convince pack I believe, joy I just found £1.20 stuck in mine  the black panel on the left should have a 30 pin apple connector for the stereo coming from it , although just removed mine, well on the Exige at least.

Don't own an iPod or listen to music in the Exige, so cut the width of mine in half, this allows me to fit my mobile and wallet into this section.

thats the thing! Now I know, thanks a lot guys! I might look and see if theres any loose coins that have rolled into it haha. I dont own an I pod either and the radio has a usb slot built in which Ive stuck all my mp3s on so ill probably do something else with it like put a phone in it like others have suggested. Cheers
