Exhaust manifold help!!

I've removed all of the bolts from the manifold but it's absolutely solid!! It won't move at all, not even with a bar. I've checked and treble checked that all the bolts are out and am now running out of ideas.

any advice very welcome

Bolts ? Nuts ? Or studs?

manifolds are fixed onto the block with studs and nuts.

rubber mallet and colourful language time

Will need persuasion with a rubber mallet, heat may help. Ours took hours to get off as I didnt want to break anything.

Cheers Barry, obviously been a long day as i meant nuts and typed bolts (repeatedly) 1 and a half hours of brute force and ignorance coupled with old faithful screwdriver and hammer and it finally gave in. 

Managed not to damage it so I have a good condition original manifold to sell on later.
