Shifting into 1st requires a strong push (380 Cup)

I've always felt there was something wrong with my gearbox since shifting into first always required a heavy push. Even shifting into 5th gear wasn't a simple slip in. Then the other day I tried the gearbox on @BAS 430 Cup and noticed it was so easy to slip into all the gears, like super easy and super smooth so something is definitely weird with mine.

I remember someone posted instructions on how I could possibly fix this but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know how I can adjust this myself or do I need to let the dealer take a look into it?

just an update, i followed the instructions above and it still didn't work. I still have to pull hard from first to second gear. so taking car to dealer tomorrow to see if they can sort it.

Sorry  to hear that, be interested in the feedback. Mine was perfect after a 2800 mile drive around Europe, maybe the cables need adjustment.

On my 380 cup it used sometimes to not shift well from standstill in 1st but with the redline MT90 it s much better

I took it to the dealer, the mechanic tried to fix it and its now smooth when the car is parked but there is still a slight obstacle on the way down to second gear when driving. Mechanic told me to bring it back next week so will be heading back.

Is this normal? Sorry in the short (And vertical video) but notice how midway between 1st and 2nd and 2nd and 1st it stops for a fraction of a second and then clicks up or down into gear?

Would say it s normal for the stop and click but it seems to be not as light and smooth as it should be
