Hi All, Im New To This Forum!

Caroline

Hi all,

Im new to this forum, I dont own a lotus esprit or have hardly any mechanical knowledge except i know what pistons do, shells etc, and I love using power tools to clean up engine parts on a nice hot sunny day :yes , if only I could do it more often being in such great company as Simon 350, Roger, Punky, dodgy and alex GT3,

A few of you might know me as troys girlfriend though. :)

And from those of you Ive met so far, you are an amazing group of people! So friendly, I look forward to seeing more of the people I have already become acquainted with and meeting new friends.

I'm thinking about that last post!!!

And welcome Caroline. Nice choice the Exige, some lovely ones parked up at Castle Combe. I'm more for the Elise myself as I like a top that comes off. Now if they could just stick that air vent somewhere else it'd be perfect.......

Hi Caroline, Welcome to the forum. I'm like yourself, new here, joined only last week, had to wait 30 years to get my Esprit so hang in there, you will get your car one day :o My mate has Exiges small brother, an Elise. He's over on, dare I say it, SELOC site! You are a rare breed if you like working on cars and using power tools, I worked in the motor trade for seventeen years and only worked with two women on the shop floor in all that time.

Welcome again! :)

Kimbers, I saw you on saturday, and a great day it turned out to be.

Troys tools arent as shiny as the ones in Alex's pic, but they are a good size and they definately do the job!!!!! As you can see if you look into his engine bay. Its all good

Hi Caroline,

Welcome to the Forum. Prehaps you could build yourself a Lotus from Troy's parts bin, not sure if it'll be an Exige though. But you can be almost sure if its a Lotus it'll be something begining with an "E" :harhar: .

Bye

Martyn

What is it with wimmin' these days?? Caroline likes playing with tools and has described Troy's in FAR too much detail, and Katie likes to get her top off. Fnargh.

Love it!

WHAAAAAAT???? 'tis true though!! :realmad:

Caroline, your sculpture with all the hands is fantastic, particularly like the back view of that one. And please, no-one take that last bit of text out of context and use it as a quote next to a Bibs' backside pic!
