  1. That would not work, you should put a overpriced sports car badge on it. Then they would test it !!! I love it when they test these hypercars but only one in a episode. For the rest of the episode show us affordable (sports)cars.
  2. A shoot I did for another belgian Lotus enthousiast but now more recent Lotus history. Lotus Exige Mk1 vs. Evora Mansory Edition . Some more shots on my Flickr photopage: http://www.flickr.com/photos/stijnsioen/
  3. @Exploded: It is an honor to be the "main photographer" of the second best Lotus event in Belgium ! After 'Lotus Summer's End' obviously... http://www.thelotusforums.com/forums/topic/54391-lotusforumbe-events-2013/ My personal favorite shot of the 'Lotus Tour Limburg' 2012 Thanks again for making this possible.
  4. I love your photos, great work! Especially the heavy contrast B/W conversions. Keep on posting these lovely shots !
  5. Hello, I'm a belgian hobby photographer with a great passion for classic cars. My personal car for the weekends is a Lotus Seven Replica (Dax Rush) As I am a member of the belgian Lotusforum.be I get the opportunity to take photos of other mermbers most precious possession. I will here share some of my favorite Lotus photos. This photo is made inside the workshop of the Belgian Lotusdealer FKM (Frédéric Koninckx Motors) in Antwerp. It was also used as a cover for the limited Lotusforum.be calendar. The very last Esprit ever build ! VIN 10621 www.lotusespritworld.com/EOtherstuff/LastEsprit.html 1964 Lotus Elan 26R during the Spa Summer Classic 2011 My all-time favorite Lotus: the splendid eleven ! This 1957 Lotus XI has a racing history in different countries in the South of Africa. (Coventry Climax 1100cc engine) The car belonged to George Pfaff of the 'Ecurie Rhodesia' who raced the car until the early 60's. It's also one of 8 or 10 Elevens build with the headrest and rear bonnet in one piece. I'll keep you guys updated when I have new Lotus photos. More classic car photos also not Lotus related on my Flickr photopage. http://www.flickr.com/photos/stijnsioen/

  9. Dear Lotusforum friends, Like every year in Belgium the 'Ypres Lotus Day' marks the beginning of the summer and so we would like to celebrate the end of summer with a second 'Lotus Summer's End' event. Obviously 'Ypres Lotus Day' focuses on the Flanders Fields region around Ypres, for the 'Lotus Summer's End' event we would like to discover every year a different region in Belgium. In 2013 the 'Summer's End' tour starts end ends in the hills of the most challenging circuit of the world : the Ardennes! The roads in the Ardennes are not as narrow as those in the Flanders Fields but the slopes and bends there are numerous. Driving and navigating in the Ardennes is a real pleasure to pilot and copilot. Because of the many 'mountains', side roads are very rare with roadbook distances of 7 to 8 km. A real feast for the navigator! The aspiration of this event is to let enjoy everyone the beautiful scenery and the winding roads in the forests of the Ardennes. 'Ypres Lotus Day' will take place, like previous years, on Ascension Thursday 9 may 2013. In order to end the Belgian Lotus year we've selected to organise the 'Lotus Summer's End' on Sunday 22 September 2013. There will be an opportunity to spend the night at the start and endstop in La roche. So if you come early on Saturday you can still pay a visit to the legendary circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. More info later! Please note that at the "Lotus Summer's End" event, the number of participants will be limited. We opt again for the driver's day theme instead of focusing on the pleasant gathering as on the 'Ypres Lotus Day'. So keep both dates free in your brand new 2013 agendas! Kind regards and hope to see you in 2013, Frederik Van Cauwenberghe, Dirk Kestelyn, Pascal Vasseur and Stijn Sioen
