  1. I have had an esprit s4 and a sport 350, and in my experience the Evora is a much easier drive that can be used daily. I also found that the handling is slightly better with much improved suspension soaking up any harsh road surface with much improved good brakes. Unfortunately, mine will be going soon due to my sciatica.
  2. I do have 4 sets of aluminium ones in gloss black left at the workshop.
  3. My evora S is a 2014 model, so whether they upgraded the shift about then I'm not sure. However, when driving in sport using the paddle shift on hard acceleration I reckon the gear change is about half a second or less until you get to the upper speeds then it may extend to just over .6 of a second. Difficult to time this though, but still quicker than I could do with a manual and I have the added bonus of having both hands on the wheel. When I am light on acceleration, just feathering the throttle, the change up time is about .8 of a second which gives the car a smoother change.
  4. Hi, No it's not standard on the SR. One of my employees made it with my design. He has a vinyl cutter and the software. regards, fraser.
  5. I opted for no high level brakelight. Checked with my MOT man. If its not there they cannot fail it. 2 brake lights minimum by law. Unless the UK law is changed within the next 2 years.
  6. I think it is maybe the camera angle, but It's an exact copy of an original. Found a better shot
  7. Finally got my carbon fibre wing. Really good quality.
  8. Hi there. Just found this thread regarding my sport 350 that I owned in the UK.( No 14) I was the second owner of this car and was bought in London from a Porche dealers who obtained it from a director of a double glazing company. I oringinally paid £33,500 for it with 12,000 miles on the clock and spent another £900 converting the rear end. The UK plate was T10 SCS. Nice to see it is still going. allbeit the other side of the world. As you can see, I still have a lotus. Regards, Frizz
  9. Sorry. Just had an email back saying price includes shipping.
  10. Has anyone thought about a GT4 rear wing. If so, HKFEVER in Hong Kong can make them in carbon fibre at a cost of about £1250 plus shipping and is looking at a group buy ( minimum of 10 to cover tooling costs). Take a look in lotus talk, Group buy evora GT4 rear wing.
  11. Hi Bibs, Sorry, But I just wanted to get a feel for the demand if any first. Yep, I think I could donate to any worthwhile charity.
  12. I think the 5 element difflow diffuser looks better. Doesn't look so cluttered. Is it not possible to fit a Lotus one?, depending on the price of course.
  13. Well I've had my barge boards on my Evora for some weeks now and they are just fine. Many people say that they look factory fitted. So now that I have tested them myself, I am looking for some-one in the Kent area willing to come to my workshop with their Evora that would like a FREE pair of barge boards to trial and give me some feed back. I have a choice of 2 pack gloss black or carbon fibre wrap. These boards are manufactured from; 5251 H22 work hardening marine grade aluminium 2mm thick with a 12mm rolled edge, Weighing a total of 3.6 Kg. They are fixed to the car via automotive bonding rubber/adhesive with a tensile strenght when cured of 22 Kgs per sq cm and incorporating 2 existing 6mm bolts at the front and a single rear bolt. There is no need for any drilling, hence car can easily be restored to original eliminating any costly repair work to the cills. If anyone should be interested, you can e-mail me at; fraser@feukltd.com or fraser.death123@btinternet.com.
  14. Wow! My mate has a 360 ferrari and got fined 90 euros for doing 120kph in a 90 limited. 30 euros for every 10kph over the limit. Assuming that you were in a 50kph limit and the same calculation applied, you must have been going 280kph (roughly) thats 170+ Mph, still not fast enough to outrun a bullet.
