Dont miss out - last year was great fun and the grub was top knotch !

I got some ideas on a soapbox racer, be foolish not to enter something - I think it should be a soapbox wedge / Esprit or a soapbox version of one of the JPS cars....oh hang on what about the 007 Sub version with hidden wheels !!!

Not got long to do it so I wonder if we can put a weekend asside ? I dont mind being the suicide pilot...umm

TBH all we need is a chassis - we can use the 'Cut out Espirt' on LEW as a template out of thin ply....easy.

Prob too many people make with soapies is they have no castor angle and the front wheels become insane to control at speed.

I'll see if I can get some wheels and stuff.

Racing starts at 4pm so I have been told, so get there early to see the cars on the track (I'll be there early)

Also remember it's brands, we went last weekend and nearly got hypothermia and it pissed down too so be prepared for changing weather !

I've got fingers crossed that the Lord Almighty will cancel the Family Camp and I can then do Brands Hatch BBQ and the Derby Car Show.
