Track day noise limits

I am look at doing booking my 1st track day for my Evora S and unsure on its DB level until I can get it checked 

Just seeing the general consensus on how other owners have gotten on with there Evora S on track?

Have you got the stock/OEM exhaust?

If so, then you’ll be absolutely fine. It’ll be a lot less than 97dB.

I've got a 2011 Evora S which has had the third cat removed but is otherwise standard factory spec.  It measures 89-91 db on a typical static noise test at 75% max rpm, so is fine for a "quiet" 98 db day at Goodwood, my usual circuit.  It's also passed at Brands Hatch and Snetterton.

Drive by limit at Goodwood is 96 db and it's been fine on that apart from one session where I was lapping close behind another Evora S and the marshals noise-flagged us to split up and lap further apart.  Or at least that's my excuse for not quite managing to pass him  

A MY12 onwards S1 Evora should be similar if the exhaust system is stock, as the third cat wasn't fitted (at least to UK cars?)

Where are you doing yours?  You'll love it in the Evora.  I was several seconds quicker round Goodwood than my previous Elise SC.

Like @TomE I've got a 2011 Evora with the 3rd cat removed. Going to Bedford tomorrow with it - will let you know how it gets on! 

Forecast looks like its 100% humidity and 1C - going to be slippy out there!

How did it go at Bedford? Must have been bloody slippery in the morning!

Got fogged off! Never really got above freezing - for 20 minutes over lunch it looked like they were going to open the track as the fog was clearing but then it rolled back in again so they called it all off. Bummer!

Any idea if a BOE intake on a 2014 S would put it past the noise limits? (brands hatch)
