Anyone on here removed the rear clam on their Evora?

I am swapping my clutch for the xtreme performance organic whilst I have the opportunity of the engine out, but I know the feeling - if only these jobs did not involve the whole clam-off business.....

(The one and only....'Deep Purple' Esprit GT3)

no slippage.  It's been heavy for a long time (over 2 years), almost as log as I have owned it.  Do you think it could be something else?

If the clutch isn’t slipping then I suspect that it doesn’t need changing. Or, at least, the clutch plate should still have sufficient life left on it.

If it has always had a ‘heavy’ pedal, are you sure that it isn’t just a case of TADTS? Have you driven a similar 400 to compare or asked an experienced specialist for an assessment?

I haven't driven another 400 but sat in a couple and they are both a lot lighter than mine.

We'll find out soon as taking it to the Alps next weekend for the Lotus 75th jolly.  fingers crossed😂🙄
