Finally.. Essex Blue GT41O Sport

Hey Lotus Family,  

After many yrs of driving / owning JDM and German cars it was time for a new driving experience that's somewhat of a rarity with modern day sports cars, especially with a manual transmission. 

So Lotus fits the bill for everything I could possibly want for that ultimate connection to a car,  recently purchased my 2019 GT41O Sport in stunning Essex Blue, along with my certificate of providence I found that it's not only 1 of 2 cars in the UK, but also the last GT41O built out of only 52 cars in 2019.

I'll look forward to reading through the various forums and esp Evora threads, mods and possibly minor performance upgrades that may of interest too.

So far so good Filip.. 

Having a few minor issues at present, all covered under warranty although they seem to take longer to organise than I'm used too

Welcome Lee...very nice! This looks like the 410 I saw for sale at Lewes Lotus recently? They had an open day there and I took a few pics on the day and remember a blue 410 like this. Are you local in Sussex? I'm not far from Lewes in Hsstings.

Yes,  that's the car, it was a lewes Branch,  I'm down nr Maidstone so it was delivered to the Ashford branch for me to view. 

It's had some TLC since I collected it so it's now pristine

It looks lovely...it's a great colour for the Evora. I seem to remember your name from Facebook groups. Didn't you have a white Evora too?

That's correct...

Things didn't quite go to plan with the car, despite my efforts and time spent, it still had some reoccurring gremlins, consistently back and fourth to lotus for warranty work, in the end I gave up, they offered me a buy back with no loss on the purchase of the GT41O

Oh that's a shame...but it sounds like a blessing as you now have a better car 🙂
