Esprit Sport 350

Can anyone tell me if this VIN is an actual LHD Sport 350?  I ask because while it looks like one some of the bits don't match the description I've read online.  This is a European car and some of the docs refer to it as a "V8-GT".

Does not look like a specific model designation for a the 350, maybe why it is 0, the others are 1-5 and 8.

I came into this world screaming and covered in someone elses blood. I'll probably leave it in the same way.

The small print.

My comments and observations are my own, invariably "tongue in cheek", and definitely, sarcastic in nature. Therefore, do not take my advice, suggestions, observations or posts seriously or personally and remember if you do, do anything, that I may have suggested, then you have done this based solely on your own decision to do so and therefore you acknowledge responsibility and accountability (I know, in this modern world these are the hardest things for you to accept) for your actions and indemnify me of any influence, responsibility, accountability, or liability, in what you have done. In other words, you did it, so suffer the consequences on your own!

This is not a genuine Sport350, but a V8-GT with cosmetic bits added.  I had a lengthy exchange with the vendor when it was first advertised.

Just an FYI I'm told that this was ordered by the president of the Lotus Club in France and came from the factory with the wheels, sport 350 seats, spoiler, and the order shows a sport 350 ECU.  Interesting build.

Yes, that is right.  You can see it on the paperwork that I shared.

It doesn`t have the lightweight body of the S350 or the carbon interior parts.

I always wondered why the lightweight body was limited to the Sport 300 and 350 and not used across the range. Was is really that more labor intensive to make?

I have made many mistakes in my life. Buying a multiple Lotus is not one of them.

Hand laid bottom half.  The lower half is really quite thin in places.
