Rubber seal around fuel door

Anyone know if the rubber ring seal around the fuel door is Lotus specific? Mine has started to fall apart and I'll need a new one, I don't know how much the lotus part is, but a throttle body recently made my eyes water, so staying off the Lotus parts catalogue is preferable if possible!

Out of interest what’s the guarantee for these type of items ? 
only asking as purchased fuel cap tether 18 months ago and it broke about 6 months 🫤
