The landlord is happy to put on tea/coffee and bacon butties for purchase if we want. The tea and coffee isn't a problem but he needs rough numbers for bacon butties so if your are interested in partaking of bacon butties can you post so I can let him know.

The organisers will give us an entry time and we'll have to fit in around them.

We will receive notification from the organisers of the time and place that ONE of us will need to visit to collect the tickets.

That person ( probably me ) will then bring tickets to the pub and hand out to everyone present whilst trying to consume bacon butty & coffee.

Timings will be confirmed as soon as we hear something from the organisers.

On the numbers front, there is only room for 1 more attendee ( ie 24 ticket max allocation )

As the job of handing out the tickets etc is a very responsible one, I will put myself forward to hold and, if neccassary on fear of going cold, consume your bacon butty and coffee...subject to there being no sauce on the butty..we wouldnt want greasy fingerprints everywhere now would we!

On a more serious note..did they mention anything about the track thingymajig or shall I talk to them direct?

The invite refers to a Track Booking form being enclosed but can't recall seeing anything and certainly nothing with the current paperwork.

Might be worth you contacting them directly if you want to be sure of a place
