oil pressure of the guage

well i started the s4 up today and the oil pressure is of the guage any one see this before. im thinking dogey wire

Spade connector is more than likely off. You can get to it through the chargecooler water pipes from the back of the engine (or under the plenum, either way will hurt!)

I thought the same when it happened to me.

Tried fiddling with the wires first to see if it would make any difference - it didn't (but worth trying).

I ended up fitting a new sender unit - all sorted since.

Off the top = sender wire short to earth

Off the bottom = no power to gauge

On zero = sender wire off

pressure is off the guage (past the No 7)
