Drivers side carpet falling down

The carpet between the pedals has fallen down a couple of times on my Oct 2010 NA. I asked the engineer at the dealer if he had any spray on glue he could stick it with. He told me this is a known issue and fitted a new carpet - it goes higher and has better fixings.

Just thought I'd post in case anyone else has had this issue.

Happened to me on my first one which was a LE car, but it was just after a dealer visit and I put it all back together and it never happened again.
