Exige picture & video thread

Had our inaugural local Lotus car club meet over breakfast. Quite a small group still as the dealership isn't even a year old! But still have lots of people who just weren't able to make it today.

nice work where did you find her??

Took some doing mate - it was over in Lowestoft - advertised briefly on Pistonheads.

Been after one for ages after first seeing them at launch.

Came from six years in a S2 Exige so it's a bit of a learning curve!

Cant wait to get it on track

Simon's car. Did you see his Esprit too, it's a beauty? :)

Well spotted that man

Unfortunately I didn't get to see it. Nice chap tho Simon - pleasure to do business with & very genuine. His car is immaculate- I feel a bit of pressure to keep her this pristine!!

out of interest what made you want the cup over the sport 350?

I just love the look of the cup - it's the extra little details they have. Also I'll be doing Trackdays in this so I found myself drawn to this model ( although I'm aware the 350 is equally capable )

I love the drama of the cup

The only thing I'm going to change is the black vinyl eye-liners round the headlights - I thought I would get used to them but I can't!

I'd do the same. I'd also prefer a Cup to a Sport 350 if I was buying now. They are still a bit more track focused and a bit more raw, direct and communicative on the road.

Got to say the 250 looks gorgeous in that paint scheme :-)
