So.. reading between the lines... does that mean the Grand Poobah himself might be attending the Sunday night (even if briefly?! :o:D ) - or Just signing / presenting it on the monday?! :(

Does that meant that the religious devotees such as Slade and Wayne will have to wear appropriate ceremonial garb?

I can offer a ride in a Ford GT. Not sure how this would work - but if you are within 60 miles of London, will come to you, buy you lunch and take you for a ride (say 30 mins to an hour ride depending on if there are any good, 'safe' roads). If you are further from London than that, you will need to come to London or meet up at a suitable venue (not more than 60 miles from me).

OMG! :(

Did I say that my old man would offer something or did I say he'd offer something!

Included in the auction will be a photocopy of the original M70 (Esprit) project book from 197? (as seen in The new Esprit book). It will have around 15-20 pages of totally original specs, technical information and includes adjustments to specs in MJK and ACBC writing and 2 pages of sketches, drawn on a plane to the USA, of technical drawings drawn freehand whilst they were planning the design.

Now this book is originally owned by Haynes, I believe, and only 3 copies exist, MJK's, William Taylor at Coterie Press and This copy.

This is PRICELESS and will never be seen again, will be autographed and an agreement signed by the winner not to copy it in any way. This item is owned fully, by it's author, one MJK.

Hi All,

Iam trying to get some parts for auction. For starters, I have a post V8 stainless steel dash surround and some post 88 stainless steel sill plates up for auction. I will better this and provide some more items for auction. Iam trying to get at least one item that fits each model of Esprit, it's going to be hard but I think I can manage it.

I'll keep you updated.

Anyone else with anything? gghc87 - Cliff, A HUGE thankyou for donating 2 of the new Coterie Press books on the Esprit with Foreword by one mJK. These will be duly signed by MJK and any of the other original engineers who worked on the project.

Right people. Last chance to do your bit? Anything else before Bibsy and myself make up a final list?

Kimbers,

If it is of any use I have an Esprit S2 workshop manual I could donate. perhaps you could get it signed by some of the guys at Hethel that worked on the series Two ?

How about a day or a weeks 'Hands On' course in GRP boatbuilding ??

At least you will get dirty doing something useful AND learn how to use glassfibre in a practical way.
