I would love to take part but bad weekend for me. Easter weekend and the 1st Anniversary of my Father in Law passing away. My wife's Mum, is visiting along with other members of my wife's family.

I've got the pass out from the Mrs, is it wrong to be weather conscious driving 500 mile with the old good year nct's on? If there's a tiny bit of moisture on the road its a wee bit slippy (plenty of tread just feel like plastic)

If I bring the '81 Turbo Esprit I'll be in the same boat as will a few others no doubt. 

 

Bad choice of metaphor for wet conditions but I'll probably need a good weather forecast to tempt me to bring it.

 

That said I wouldn't want it roasting either, it's a pretty built up area around Brooklands, so lots of opportunity for over-heating!

CTL would certainly be interested in attending.  We currently have that weekend free so hopefully we will be able to come along with a car (just static though) and some merchandising.

 

Could offer an event discount too perhaps?

 

If we were to come along is there any particular car you would like us to bring?

Family event mate, the more the merrier. Just no petrol in the diesel Disco and you'll be fine

 

The normal MBW parking is available to us, for free, as an overflow
