Engine out..drill tap re thread (if required) and do all those other things that an engine out job can allow..bugger sparky..in Borrisville this shouldn't happen!

Both studs sheared 2mm below the surface, ferkrissakes.

While the head is off, you may as well fit larger valves and polish + port the airways. Whizzy cams with verniers, a strengthened bottom end, hybrid turbo, bigger injectors, oversized chargecooler, recirc dump valve and a more aggressive chip. 

 

Or just do the two studs.
