TLF Car covers - Exige V6

I hate floppy pockets!

I think there is only one official cover from Lotus, so in that respect the dealership is probably correct. However it would be no challenge for Specialised to make a minor adjustment to their measurements to take account of the lack of spoiler for a perfect, if they haven't already for someone.

By the way the coupe cover doesn't have a specific pocket for the spoiler, like it does with the mirrors.

Looking for a bit of cover advice. I've got a narrow, single width garage, which will mean having to keep the Exige tight to the wall on the passenger side, so getting down that side of it will be basically impossible. Tight fitting covers like these seem to require you to do so, partly to hook the wing mirror. I was thinking maybe a better solution for my case is to get a Silk Reveal type cover, so that I might be able to effectively "throw" it over the far mirror.

Any thoughts?

Just now, Bibs said:

They're £50 cheaper than buying direct and you get free shipping. Other than that, all I've got is a nice back massage (inc olive oil)?

If you can make me this elated simply by typing with those fingers of yours, I can't wait for a full hand massage. Cocoa oil though please...

I've just agreed to allow the nice people from Specialised Car Covers to use my 380 as a template for their 380 specific cover.  Apparently they have had several enquiries from potential customers overseas for a 380 tailored cover.  So they tracked down a local owner.  Best part is that they have offered me an indoor cover similar to the one in mbes2's post above, as a thank you!  :)

I purchased a custom made outdoor cover , I believed it was doing more harm than good to paintwork . Potential for picking up debris etc and dragging across car too great . I also thought it was far too tight but was fobbed off by the company concerned.
