Monthly Meet Thursday May 11th

The Fox at Finchingfield - 7.30 pm

I was reminded at Duxford that I had 'been nominated' to organise the May Meet, said I was thinking Finchingfield was fairly central and that seemed to go down well. A while since I've been there so after Duxford went home that way to see what the pubs were like.

The Fox seems the most suitable, and most popular! Spoke to the Landlord who suggested making a reservation and he'll set aside a dining area to the left of the entrance - currently has large table for 6 or 8 and 2 tables for 4 but can rearrange and add as needed.

Mentioned we were Lotus owners and maybe 10 to 15 people & he asked if he can take photos to use on his website so it seems likely I can get him to reserve us an area in their car park at the rear as well. Also suggested pre-ordering food might ensure you get what you want in case we all went for the same...   Menu here ...Dinner Menu

Great evening and good venue, sorry I had to dash off but Lawrie needed to get some rest as he is working evil shifts... but both he and @N90_SBB (Steve) noted how welcome they were made to feel by the Lotus family
