I belive QH stands for "Quinton Hazell" Here is their web site www.qha.com and they make wheel bearings, suspension, brakes etc for the automotive industry.

I think if you google your part number you should find a couple of cross refrences.

Had the battery light come on and tested to find the diode was bad.

Found a direct fit and better output, stock output is 100amp but this one max at 151amps

Here is the part # 19134282 AC Delco.

Get it from any GM dealer. 247 bucks

Goodyear Gatorback. # 4060817 or 6PK2057

I think this is the same as the Cadillac Catera alternator. It is a 120 A

Bosch unit. Part # 0 123 510 064. You can usually find a rebuilt one on ebay for around $75.00 to $90.00. That is where I got mine when I replaced it two years ago.

"R&B" said that should be the Lotus numbers: B910E6930F or A918E0322F (they declared price is 132.5 Euro ,or so)

try a partscross reference with some web parts shops in your homearea, with some luck you will find some...

I have also addet some informations about "UniFit-Katalysatoren GmbH" in an other post. But there are also many other sourches for that type of part in the www !

the big (ugly) airbag steering wheel (in the late cockpit version from '98 on) is ordinary GM stuff. You can find it with Lotus/Opel/Vauxhall or GM badge on it. I assume the passenger airbag is from the same source, in order to prevent problems with the control unit... .

Look if you can find a labeling on the brake master cylinder (i would say reservoir, master cylinder an servo is withdrawn as a complete unit from a world manufacturer)

The airbags are probably specific to the car, they have Lotus part numbers on them. The steering wheel itself is GM.

I saw one esprit that had a Pontiac airbag installed. So I think the only reasons there is a Lotus part number is to get the airbag that has the "Lotus" on it. I'm not 100% sure. The 90 thru 92 Pontiac Trans Am had a very simliar Airbag and steering wheel as the one in my 2001 Esprit. But do you really want a airbag with Pontiac on it in an Esprit?

A better question is, do you really want an airbag (the explosive part) that was meant for another car staring you in the face? You have no way of knowing if it is the same as a Pontiac or any other car.

The airbag as far as I remember is constructed by Lotus specifically for the Esprit.

Another problem is sending them outside of the UK as they contain an explosive device which inflates it.

another part "constructed by Lotus specifically" !? I thought the difference in airbags is only in size of bag (gas volume to produce) (driver Europe[60L]/Driver US [120L] and the opening position on the passenger side -> upwards/ or horizontaly)

The rest is design of Badges on the outer surface with the cutting marks !?
