White s2 waiting its turn @coys in syon park

Dropped off my non lotus for auction and spotted a white s2 due to go under the hammer at syon park on saturday

Well this is true but find a modern oblong speaker that'll fit behind the door card!

Assuming it's not an early S2, is the cigarette lighter a factory fit? It looks a bit modern. And the switch to select between mirrors, mine has a slider switch marked L and R, not a rocker type, any knowledge on that?

@GTK Rocker switch as it should be George, same as mine. Not sure the lighter is original.

I have the same lighter in my 82 Esprit - and also one in the passenger door.

I do love the S2 cloth interior

Have seen the lighter in later cars since I posted, and also the slider style mirror switch I have in mine in earlier cars too. So seems everything is correct! Silly of me to assume some sort of consistency with the classic Lotus 😁
