    According to Ian at CL Wessex we have a dedicated Lotus area. This includes both CL and TLF. CL tend to meet at a nearby pub and all drive in together but I think this year we are all being directed to the same part.

    @swindon_alan I spoke to Ian on the weekend and it appears that there are more cars than I thought. Apparently we have over thirty booked in for the Sunday. With the TLF contingent we are gong to have a stand with around fifty cars!

    Hi Alan I think that we have 6 x M100 Elan, 1 x Elan Sprint, 1 x Elan +2, 1 x Evora, 4 x Elise, 1 x Turbo Esprit, 1 x Turbo Esprit HC, 1 x V8 Esprit, plus a couple of others too. It may change on the day since some of us are lucky enough to have two cars - at least one of which might be in running order!

    Ouch! It is usually you or Dave who have the busiest evenings, Paul, with Jonny running a close third. Dave cannot make it, so when are you free? If we are going to sneak in a May beer, it will probably have to be Tuesday or Wednesday next week. Kings Head at Hursley again?

    @pbharcourt and @Rogue thank you for your help with my Waste gate. I found the right bit and thumped it as you recommended. Over boost over now! Wastegate working properly! Thanks again!

    What was amazing was how quiet we all went. Now, had it been a picture on Dave's ipad (for instance) , we might have reacted slightly differently!

    Perhaps the Folly is a bit far then. How about the Flowerpots at Cheriton? Good beer, plenty of parking and with a bit of luck Jonny can join in with the Morris dancers again!

    Hastings Direct. Annual mileage stated as 10,000. £195 excess.

    Your poll doesn't go low enough. I paid £219 including putting a couple of mates on the insurance. We are 56 or 60 yrs old. The car is an S2 '03 111S. 59% NCD included (protected). Esprit was £157 - much the same basis.

    The one from the TR8 looks too square to me. Mine is identical to the one that Lars shows above - more of a squared off oval shape.

    Wessex Club Lotus are attending on the Sunday. We usually meet at a local pub and drive in together because the organisers do not have reserved areas. That way we end up with all our Lotus cars together. If you would like to meet with us we can have a bigger display than usual. Normally we have 20 cars there. @CocoPops I an quite happy to liaise with you between TLF and Wessex Club Lotus since I am in both. Kevin
