I agree with you on interest only mortgages , I had one for 15 years , I have not claimed , as you say the clue was in the name of the mortgage On the other hand PPi I did , just like a lot of people I know did . my partner watched Martin Lewis on TV saying just to send a letter to the finance companies to ask if they did have a DCA policy at the time , she sent the letters to BMW & Mercedes , Mercedes got back to us this week & it seems they did have a DCA at the time .

That link is for car complaints when purchased from a Hendy dealership & is not Lotus finance , I purchased from my Lotus cars from Stratton . A company called CA auto finance has recently taken on the trading name Lotus finance , apparently they can’t say what the company name behind Lotus finance was before .

What challenge?? I could understand if the tittle of this thread was ( wanted , insults from a little keyboard warrior with nothing better to do ) but obviously it isn’t . Again ! The information I was looking for was about Lotus finance .

Thats funny all i can see in your replies is speculation with little effort or details with the addition of wrong information , Lotus did their own finance in 2008 & i wasn't aware of DCA rates 16 years ago or even last year for that matter .

Anyone put a DCA claim in with Lotus finance ? Apparently Lotus finance is a totally different company now and had changed recently.

There's about 18 drivers now

Thanks , I was lucky enough to go to the factory to spec the interior when the car was built , the wheels are factory fitted high power silver ones , it has all three upgrade packs , it has 280ish HP with a bespoke Gotham map and a special Marston Aerospace core intercooler made by MMG .
