  1. I’m not convinced that it is going to be a straight swap for you. I’ve got a feeling that some of the hangers are in different places between the original Evora and the 400. Have you got the 400 y-pipe as well?
  2. This is all really ‘peak Bahar’, isn’t it? What could possibly go wrong… 🤔
  3. I recently took my Evora to Silverstone for a ‘C’ service (if that is plugs etc). After my experience, I will never go back there. YMMV.

🤷‍♂️ Unless we were sat in the other seat, isn’t that an impossible question? (Especially given the (non) view out of the window!) Were you civvy or military at the time? https://www.vc10.net/Airframes/cn_814__garvl.html
  5. Has that got US-spec bumpers on it? 🤔🤪

    Well, it’s got 4 engines… 😉 Edited to add: it’s a VC-10. 🤓 (G-ARVL). 😉
  7. Apologies that it has taking me so long to respond. ☺️ The OEM/Prodrive is definitely a better quality product than the WinAce alternative. (That is hardly surprising considering that WinAce manage to develop this early version of their bootlid from photos alone. ISTR that they released it at the same time that the 410 was announced). FWIW, IaSTR that Prodrive weren’t the original OEM manufacturers of the CF bootlid. That was Polar Manufacturing in Wymondham. The ‘lid itself was installed by the Beaconsfield Workshop so I wasn’t in a position to weigh the respective lids off the car. However, from opening the boot, it is obvious that the CF ‘lid is lighter than the GRP one (as expected). However, the GRP ‘lid does use some of the accessories from the original bootlid (such as the leather trim piece and the oleos) so the extra weight might be in there. However, the rear visibility has been improved with the OEM ‘lid. The slats are thinner on the CF version so you can see a bit more out via rear view mirror. I also ordered the additional fitting kit so it has the little rod as found in the 410 cars. There was some drilling required to fit it and the plugs on the electrical harnesses also had to be changed. Don’t forget that you also need to order a new high level brake light. The GRP ‘lid used the original version; the CF ‘lid needs the 4XX version.
  8. @bosshog should be able to help. When he gets back.
  9. Here? https://maps.app.goo.gl/NoGAzENFtYmcjAp5A?g_st=ic
  10. Are your rear lights OEM? (Or, GRP replacements? - that’s Greg’s Racing Parts, not Glass Reinforced Plastic).
  11. A small update at the rear of the car: The Win-Ace GRP bootlid has been replaced by an OEM/Prodrive CF bootlid.
  12. Interesting wrap (I presume). But it kinda works.
  13. Bear in mind that alcantara is designed to be used with racing gloves. The natural oils in bare hands will make it go shiny over time.
  14. Ta-da! (However, that is with a newer, MY12 wheel. Not the original, skinnier MY11 wheel).
  15. I am always happy to stand corrected. 🤗 Have you got a procedure for that, please? (In order ‘to share the wealth’). Is it a similar process to resetting the airbag light?
  16. @cdco, a generic ODB reader can’t connect to the a/c ECU so a reset won’t have any effect on it.

☝️ That was my first thought too. Honest. 😊
  18. “Yes, you must have received an Optimate charger, especially for lithium batteries. You cannot use a conventional charger. With the car you received a leaflet with the battery, it's a SuperB. If your battery is too far away, it will not be enough to recharge it, so I had to get one with a higher aperme.” (Courtesy of Googoo translate).
  19. You’re too modest. 🤣
