  1. The natural choice for a British sports car
  2. One of the very last of the old school entertainers. That he maintained and extended his appeal across so many generations is a testament to Brucie and one of the few remaining true National Treasures.
  3. Well, the contract is owned by the French company Sanef, so no tears for unpaid revenue. As for congestion, either there are 2 million more cars a day going through there or the removal of the toll booths doesn't feel much different Northbound. Southbound seems ok?
  4. Now that is a pretty looking Esprit
  5. All seems a bit off topic to be fair
  6. Expensive, but for anyone that's interested? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Compomotive-CX-500-15-split-rim-and-tyres-pair-Lotus-Esprit-Essex-Turbo-BMW-/172809801345?hash=item283c444e81:g:PI4AAOSwTiRZhzKD
  7. SJ Sportscars supply them Jacques.
  8. Hi Peter, Not much to add to what Sparky has referenced. I caught mine quite early due to the fear of an unexpected but very evident noise. As said, the input shaft is sprung loaded so no engagement was needed. In between is a "Nylatron" Washer that sits between the flywheel face/needle roller bearing and the tip/end of the input shaft. This was quickly worn away, but I was lucky that when stripped down, there was only a fraction of metal to metal contact. Mine happened as I started the car, rather than at speed whilst travelling, which no doubt reduced the potential for any catastrophic damage.
  9. As we were discussing at the weekend Sparky. I tend to concur as I had exactly the same with my S3 many moons ago.
