Absolutely. It feels like it is so incestuous they can't even share a coffee cup 😵

I think they need to stop paying the big salaries and become the "training ground" for young talent. Train them up in the best ways of past presenters, journalists and newscasters. Grown them. Develop them. Then let them move on to private funded TV/media for their big pay days.
