OK I have decided on a date. 19th June 2021

The Plan to meet at ValetPRO Hq in Newhaven.  Quick tour of our site and insight in to ValetPRO. The factory won't be in operations so you won't be able to see anything in operations. But we can show you the laboratory giving an idea of the equipment we use to test and develop our products. A look at our production area etc.

We will then take a drive to https://brhc.group/brhc B Road Hunting club where we can relax eat and chat.  

 

This will be an outside event based on Covid Regulation. The tour at our factory will be done with face masks and in small groups. 

There will be food, tea and Coffee which I will update on shortly.

I hope this date works for those who have put their name down.

10:30-10:45:  Arrival

 

10:45 - 11:30: Groups of up to 6 people provided with tours around ValetPRO HQ. This will give a little insight in to how we work, Our Core Purpose and Our Core Values.

 

During the tours our photographer James will be available for those who would like some professional photos taken of their cars in front of ValetPRO signage. After the event we will be able to send copies of your photos to you.

 

11:30: We will give everyone a £10 voucher redeemable on the day at B Road Hunting Club. You can use this voucher to buy food or even ValetPRO products during the second phase of your visit.

 

11:45: Depart ValetPRO HQ and drive to B Road Hunting Club. The intention will be to take a scenic group drive to B Road Hunting Club (Fingers crossed the roads are clear).

 

12:15: Arrive at B Road Hunting Club - Elliott our in-house detailer will be on site to provide demonstrations of our products and will be available to answer any detailing questions you may have. Here you can get food, drink and buy ValetPRO products etc. It’s also a great location for you to relax, chat and socialise.

 

The event is free to attend however we will provide a link to a JustGiving page in order to receive charitable donations for a charity linked to The Lotus Forum. All donations to this charity will be much appreciated.

 

This event will be limited to 30 people, so if you have anyone else in your car please add them to the list.

 

I hope ValetPRO puts on an enjoyable day for you all. If we could start the list of people going again to clarify that the times and date are still good for all persons currently on the list.

 

We hope that after the event you will also have the opportunity to take more of a scenic driving tour around the local area.

Currently without a Lotus, Evora 400 Hethel Edition in Racing Green with Red leather and 2010 Evora N/A in Laser Blue and 1983 Lotus Excel LC Narrow body in Ice Blue all sadly gone.
