volume level on Alpine ine-w990BT when in a call on iPhone 11

Hi I have searched and couldn't find anything relating to the volume specifically.  Mine in my 400 is set to 11 which is the max and it is still too quite.  I have gone through the audio setup as directed in Bibs sticky post.

 

Anyone have success in making it louder? As it's almost completely useless.

Is the volume on the phone itself up to max?

So the volume is dreadful on the Alpine when in a call.  I have tried everything. The volume is at it’s highest on the iPhone and on the alpine.  Anyone else have one of these units?  Is the volume on yours okay?

Or you can pay £75-100 to car Hifi company to fit it and saves you hours of frustration and you get 12 months warranty on the work ?
