Some pics of the new Estate by Persimmon going up 1 mile down the road from us. They are building 1500 houses, of which about half are built and so far 200 unhappy new residents are either taking legal action or demanding huge amounts of remedial work. These are pics taken by just a couple.

Job I was on year ago damp below paving it got a pass

Just fired up the air source heat pump for the swimming pool. It is air to water (obviously!).

Started with a temp of 16C and ended with a temp of 31.5C

Took 3 days to raise the temp of 96,000 litres of water (21,117 gallons)

Now just kicks in and out to keep the temp at 31.5C

Sounds great. How much energy has it used? That's a key bit of info really.

It pulls about 4Kwatts when it's running so 4KwH for 3 days.
