Just can't get enough of these. Prawn sarnies, King Prawns even Prawn Cocktail crisps.

My signature dish!! I get some Garlic, Fresh red chilli, Ginger and chuck it in some olive oil with a load of king prawns. Cook for about 3 mins then chuck in some fresh parsley and loads of lemon juice. Then just dump it on some freshly toasted Ciabatta. The flavours are amazing as you eat the lot and the sauce that soaks into the bread is just amazing!

Well as I do all the cooking, I have forgotten what decent food tastes like............. but pistachio nuts, once you start you can't stop!

I have a weakness for biscuits or cookies (in America a biscuit is similar to a scone but not sweet). I just cannot resist Aldi own brand Bourbons. Yes. I am a cheap date. There is something about the Aldi ones that are richer aand tastier. Can't get them here so I haven't had any for 8 years. Sob!

Another weakness of mine and most people is bacon sandwiches. When we had meetings at Ilmor in Detroit they used to organize a supply of bacon baps. Luvverly.

Obviously I'm not good at healthy eating.

While I'm on the subject, I can't refuse a large Fillet Steak cooked (barely) Blue, Stilton Cheese, Proper Nachos or........Belly Pork cooked till it's crunchy!.....oh, and Bluefin Tuna cooked rare.

I absolutely love hamburgers.

Last year at the University dining hall I averaged at least a burger a day, sometimes two at one meal.

Plus I'm kind of a picky eater, so burgers are my go-to food if nothing else appeals to me at a restaurant.

I'm going to be in trouble once my metabolism slows down, but for now I'm making the most out of it.
